Optimisation of service quality with the help of telemetry data

On this page we show how GRIMME Premium Partners can get access to telemetry data from GRIMME machines.

The most important facts in brief

Our premium partners as well as farmers and contractors have the requirement to share telemetry data with each other to improve service and support.
We have developed a new feature in myGRIMME to fulfil this requirement while taking data protection into account.
The owner of a GRIMME machine with a telemetry unit (GSC Box) can grant access to telemetry data for other companies - e.g. his GRIMME Premium Partner. The owner always retains control and can revoke access at any time.

Access to telemetry data enables targeted and better service offers.

Customer satisfaction

Prerequisites

To be able to use the feature, a few requirements must be met

myGRIMME Account

Both the Premium Partner and the owner of the machine must have an active myGRIMME account.

Machine with telemetry unit

The GRIMME machine must be equipped with a telemetry unit (GSC Box) (currently available for all self-propelled machines, EVO series, SELECT, PRIOS).

Consent of the owner

The owner of the machine has sovereignty over the telemetry data. The owner must agree to third parties having access to this data and explicitly authorise it via their myGRIMME account.
