After a four-year break due to the coronavirus pandemic, the event took place in Hanover from November 12th to 18th, 2023. GRIMME, ASA-LIFT and SPUDNIK presented the latest innovations in the field of potato, vegetable and beet technology on 2,040 square metres. INTERNORM-Kunststofftechnik (plastics technology) and RICON, Sieb- und Fördertechnik (screening and conveyor technology) were represented in the immediate vicinity with an 80 square metre booth. Over 130 Grimme employees from 30 different nations welcomed the visitors at the GRIMME booth.
18 of the 20 machines exhibited were new - more than ever before. The ChangeSep on the EVO 290 two row bunker harvester and the SmartFold on the windrower from the Shaktiman-GRIMME joint venture were awarded the prestigious DLG silver medal. The EVO 290 was also voted "Farm Machine of the Year 2024" by international trade journalists.
Agritechnica 2023 ended with a record number of over 470,000 visitors who had travelled from around 150 countries around the world. With 2,800 exhibitors, Agritechnica celebrated a brilliant comeback after a four-year break due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The GRIMME team would like to thank all visitors for the many valuable discussions. We look forward to seeing you again, at the latest at Agritechnica 2025.
20 national and international trade journalists have voted: the "Farm Machine of the year 2024" in the field of root crop technology is the GRIMME EVO 290 with "ChangeSep".
